The hotel had a prime location, centrally located with easy access to the railway station, Mysore palace, market, and city bus stand. The staff were helpful and friendly, arranged transport and answering our queries. The nearby veg restaurant served quality food. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and fresh blankets. Wifi was available with good speed, and the hotel provided basic amenities like bath towels and purified drinking water.
